Shipping & Orders

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Transit time usually ranges from 7–12 business days, and the estimated delivery time is approximately 8–15 business days in total.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $69.00. A flat shipping fee of $9.90 applies to orders below $69.00.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, we recommend checking your tracking information first. If there are no updates or you need assistance, please contact us at service@deecosey.com.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to check your shipment status at any time.

Can I update my shipping address?

If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to assist before the order is shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please email us at service@deecosey.com. We will provide return instructions once your request is confirmed.

Who pays for return shipping?

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected. Refunds are typically issued within 3–7 business days after approval. The time it takes for the funds to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.
