Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is received. Orders placed later in the day may be processed on the next business day. During peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If delays occur, we will notify customers as soon as possible.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Schedule

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 7–12 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 8–15 business days in total
  • Shipping Cost: Free shipping on orders over $69.00; a flat fee of $9.90 applies to orders below $69.00

Order Tracking

Shipping Carriers

We work with multiple international and local shipping partners depending on the destination and logistics conditions. Final delivery may be completed by local carriers such as USPS or other regional partners. Delivery times may vary based on carrier operations and location.

  • We do not currently support international shipping
  • PO Box delivery availability may depend on the selected carrier
  • Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen factors

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method after cancellation is confirmed.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you. If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please reach out to us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
